Music in the Park:

It took me awhile to figure out what this gentleman was playing but trusty Google came to the rescue. It’s a lap harp designed to overcome the lack of portability of a traditional harp which would be a big problem if you needed to use the subway to get to your spot in the park. BTW, this guy is a very talented musician.
This group of young singers used the echo chamber effect of the Bethesda Underpass to great advantage. Lots of intense focus and soul in this group
Pianist and singer/songwriter Kurt Wieting was kind enough to pose for this shot at the piano in the Boathouse Restaurant on the lake in the park. This guy can play!
